About Zhong Yuan QiGong

Zhong Yuan is a plain in central China, once a single administrative unit that was later divided into three provinces, including Henan, home to the famous Shaolin monastery.

The Yellow River, which flows through Zhong Yuan, is where ancient Chinese civilization began. This area is considered the cradle of Chinese culture.

The plain features high mountains with caves, where people have lived and built monuments, temples, and monasteries for thousands of years.

ZY Qigong originated in these mountains over 7,000 years ago, long before other world religions and qigong schools. It was initially unnamed, as there were no other systems to distinguish it from. ZY qigong is a holistic system that covers all aspects of human existence, including education, development, self-regulation, and healing. It offers a philosophical perspective on humanity’s role in the universe’s structure and evolution.

The system’s depth and non-linear approach make it unique, incorporating ancient wisdom and modern discoveries.

Practicing ZY Qigong can lead to significant personal growth and self-awareness, helping students realize they’re not just human beings, but cosmic beings participating in the universe’s evolution.

This insight deepens their understanding of their place in the world and existence.

The ZY qigong system consists of three components:Self-developmentImage medicineKnowledge transplantationEach component
